Fat Loss Food

The answer… Fish! It’s as simple as that. Anyone who has ever asked me for advice on nutrition for fat loss would have herd the same answer: include more fish in your diet. If you want to lose body fat quickly include 2-3 servings on fish per day. Fish is rich is proteins, essential nutrients and omega 3 – these omega 3’s and nutrients are great for brain health and will literally make you feel happy. I also believe fish produces the least water retention and its digestion appears to be faster than other protein source (red meat & poultry). The variety of fish to choose from is huge giving you plenty of options – if possible try 1 new fish every week and broaden your nutritional horizons!
