Online training is targeted at those with a few years of training experience already under their belt looking to make dramatic changes in body composition for photo shoot or physique competition preparation. With individually tailored training, nutrition and supplement protocols – Jeremy’s regimes will have you losing body fat or gaining muscle like never before. Online programming includes:

  • 4 x 1 hour Skype consultations (week 1, 4, 8 and 12)
  • Updated training program every 4 weeks – 5 training sessions per week
  • Updated nutrition plan every 4 weeks
  • Updated supplement protocol every 4 weeks
