Modified Strongman Training

Strongman classes have been designed for the specific purpose of losing as much body fat as possible whilst maintaining and gaining lean muscle. Stimulating an optimal hormonal response through strongman training will produce fast fat loss and muscle growth. The type of equipment you can expect to use in this class:

  • Sled
  • Prowler
  • Farmer walk
  • Battle ropes

And of course plenty of traditional strength training movements. These sessions are structured into circuit style of training, spending anywhere between 1-4 minutes at each station.
