Small group training

Small group training ranges from 3-5 people who all share a similar training goal. The programming for these groups is depended on the desired results from training – they are categorized into fat loss training and muscle gain training. Each Individual receives:

  • Initial body fat assessment along with 3-week re-assessments
  • Individualized nutrition plans that are also modified every 3 weeks
  • Supplement protocols for optimizing hormones for burning fat and building muscle.
