I believe nutrition can be quite simple in order to change your body composition – I’m not anti-carb or low fat advocate or a stringent calorie counter. My nutrition philosophy is based around achieving “optimal health”. You will feel better, have more energy and improve your brain function by choosing whole food sources. And of course, working hard for your carbohydrates.
