Training

Jeremy’s training systems are designed to push your body to new levels. Don’t expect a walk in the park with these programs – you will train harder than you have ever before. Progression is the key to not allowing your body to adapt, by adding weight to the bar or reps to each set you will see muscles begin to take shape. The combination of these two have been shown to cause hormonal changes increasing testosterone and growth hormone both prominent in people with great physiques.

Nutrition

The fundamentals of nutrition are not complicated, in fact quite basic. There is no secrets or tricks to achieving a leaner body. I believe nutrition can be quite simple in order to change your body composition – I’m not anti-carb or low fat advocate or a stringent calorie counter. My nutrition philosophy is based around achieving “optimal health”. You will feel better, have more energy and improve your brain function by choosing whole food sources. And of course, working hard for your carbohydrates.

Supplements

I select foundational supplements that improve your workout performance and help you recover from workouts faster so you can train more often. The foundation is workout nutrition. To guarantee the greatest gains from training, fuel, protect and reload muscles prior, during and after your workouts. Supplements have no place if your nutrition isn’t up to scratch so don’t expect a magic bullet pill to shred body fat or build large amounts of muscle.
